Ingredientes

  • 6 x Red casing warm dogs
  • 6 x Potatoes: peeled and cubed
  • 1 med mild onion, minced
  • 1 dsh Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 dsh Garlic pwdr to taste

Direcciones

  1. Par boil potato cubes till slightly tender when pierced with a fork. Slice warm dogs into coins (chunks). Heat coating of oil in frying pan. Add in minced onion, warm dogs and potato cubes. Cook till potatoes are golden brown.
  2. Serve.
