Ingredientes

  • 5 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

  • 2 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • 2 scallions, sliced thinly

  • 1-2 jalapeños (optional)
