Ingredientes

  • 6 x chayote peeled, sliced thin (a.k.a. Chocho, or possibly Christophine)
  • 2 x yellow peppers julienned
  • 1 x red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c. minced cilantro
  • 1 x lemon juiced
  • 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
  • 1 c. peanut or possibly vegetable oil Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Toss together in a bowl. Turn out onto a platter and sprinkle with more salt and pepper.
  2. This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
