Ingredientes
- 6 x chayote peeled, sliced thin (a.k.a. Chocho, or possibly Christophine)
- 2 x yellow peppers julienned
- 1 x red onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. minced cilantro
- 1 x lemon juiced
- 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
- 1 c. peanut or possibly vegetable oil Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Toss together in a bowl. Turn out onto a platter and sprinkle with more salt and pepper.
- This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
