.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20I%20realized%20the%20versatility%20of%20the%20mixes%20I%20ordered%20some%20from%20Amazon.com%20(who%20orders%20it%20directly%20from%20Chebe).%20%20It%20is%20made%20from%20mannioc%20root%20or%20known%20as%20tapioca%20flour.%20%20Other%20than%20some%20baking%20soda%20and%20seasonings%20(depending%20on%20the%20mix%20you%20buy)%20its%20really%20Paleo%20friendly.%20%20However,%20the%20recipe%20on%20the%20box%20does%20call%20for%20cheese%20(1%20cup)%20but%20the%20nice%20thing%20is....the%20mixes%20can%20be%20made%20with%20or%20without%20cheese.%20%20SCORE!%20%20I%20use%20cheese%20depending%20on%20my%20splurging%20mood.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhat%20you%20see%20on%20the%20left%20is%20a%20few%20of%20their%20mixes.%20%20What%20is%20missing%20is%20their%20cheese%20bread%20mix,%20Garlic%20and%20Onion%20breadstick%20mix.%20%20They%20also%20send%20frozen%20dough%20if%20you%20want%20more%20convenience.%20They%20also%20provide%20many%20recipes%20for%20you%20to%20tickle%20your%20creativity%20bone.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow,%20when%20I%20want%20to%20splurge%20on%20some%20bread%20(like%20a%20hamburger%20or%20hotdog)%20this%20is%20what%20I%20did...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPIGS%20in%20a%20Blanket....%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMake%20the%20dough%20(oil,%20eggs,%20milk%20and%20cheese)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECut%20my%20nitrate%20free%20organic%20hot%20hogs%20in%20half%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDivide%20dough%20in%20the%20number%20of%20'dog%20halfs'%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFlatten%20dough%20and%20pinch/form%20around%20them.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20@%20375%20for%2020-25%20minutes%20until%20golden.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAren't%20these%20just%20so%20CUTE?%20%20With%20a%20little%20dish%20of%20ketchup,%20mustard,%20relish%20or%20onion....these%20were%20FAB!%20%20K-man%20was%20thrilled%20and%20I%20didn't%20even%20both%20to%20mention%20that%20they%20were%20my%20gluten%20free%20stuff....%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20I%20have%20a%20hamburger....too%20much%20bun%20kills%20me.%20%20I'd%20rather%20be%20full%20from%20the%20protein%20and%20fillings%20of%20the%20burger%20than%20a%20huge%20bun.%20%20Sure%20I%20can%20go%20bunless%20but%20sometime%20you%20want%20a%20soft,%20chewy%20package%20to%20PICK%20up%20your%20burger.%20%20So%20I%20made%20a%20basic%20mix%20and%20instead%20their%20suggestion%20of%204%20buns%20I%20made%206.%20%20I%20didn't%20mind%20them%20being%20thinner.%20%20If%20you%20want%20soft%20and%20thick.%20%20Go%20for%20it.%20%20I%20wanted%20thin%20and%20crusty.%20%20When%20you%20have%20tomato%20and%20mayo,%20sometimes%20the%20bun%20falls%20apart%20and%20gets%20mushy.%20%20NOT%20CHEBE%20buns!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20topping%20is%20from%20King%20Arthur%20Flour.%20%20Their%20Artisan%20Bread%20Topping.%20%20It%20is%20sesame%20seeds,%20sunflower%20seeds,%20black%20caraway,%20flax%20and%20poppy%20seeds.%20%20Very%20tasty!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHere's%20a%20view%20how%20thin%20they%20are....(kinda%20like%20those%20sandwich%20bun%20makers%20THIN%20version)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAll%20in%20all,%20the%20CHEBE%20company%20is%20very%20accommodating.%20%20I%20had%20a%20little%20issue%20that%20I%20posted%20on%20their%20FB%20site%20and%20a%20rep%20called%20me%20and%20replaced%20them.%20%20Also%20in%20doing%20so%20he%20suggested%20to%20mix%20and%20match%20some%20of%20their%20other%20products.%20%20Now,%20I've%20tried%20all%20except%20for%20the%20cinnamon%20rolls.%20%20These%20will%20def%20be%20my%20Go-TO%20mix%20in%20the%20cabinet.%20%20THANKS%20Chebe!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20next%20recipe%20adventure%20will%20be%20using%20just%20straight%20tapioca%20flour%20and%20making%20my%20own%20rolls%20to%20see%20how%20they%20compare.%20%20But%20it%20sure%20is%20nice%20to%20have%20these%20mixes%20around%20for%20whenever%20you%20need%20pizza%20crust,%20rolls,%20or%20buns.%20%20Non-Paleo%20or%20gluten%20sensitive%20family%20members%20won't%20know%20what%20they%20are%20missing.%20%20PROMISE!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEnjoy!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
