Receta Cheddar Chive Drop Biscuits

- Preheat oven to 400=BAF (200=BAC).
- Combine flour, baking pwdr and salt in a large bowl. Cut in butter using a pastry blender or possibly a fork to make coarse crumbs. Add in Cheddar and chives.
- Stir in buttermilk, just sufficient to make a soft sticky dough. Drop 12 heaping tablespoonfuls onto a large greased baking sheet. Sprinkle tops with additional minced chives.
- Bake on middle rack of oven for 18 to 20 min, or possibly till edges are coloured. Transfer biscuits to a rack to cold.
