Cheddar Creamed Eggs On Toast

Ingredientes

  • 4 slc bacon
  • 6 x hard-boiled Large eggs peeled, sliced
  • 1 med onion minced
  • 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 slc toast

Direcciones

  1. Cook bacon till crisp; drain on paper towels; crumble and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare hard boiled Large eggs. (This can be done the night before and refrigerated.)
  3. Drain all but 1 to 2 Tbsp. drippings from skillet. Saute/fry onion in remaining drippings.
  4. Combine cheese with the flour and add in to onion in skillet. Add in lowfat milk and stir over medium heat till mix thickens.
  5. Mix in Large eggs and crumbled bacon. Serve over toast.
  6. This recipe yields 4 servings.
