Receta Cheddar Creamed Eggs On Toast

Ingredientes
- 4 slc bacon
- 6 x hard-boiled Large eggs peeled, sliced
- 1 med onion minced
- 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 slc toast
Direcciones
- Cook bacon till crisp; drain on paper towels; crumble and set aside.
- Meanwhile, prepare hard boiled Large eggs. (This can be done the night before and refrigerated.)
- Drain all but 1 to 2 Tbsp. drippings from skillet. Saute/fry onion in remaining drippings.
- Combine cheese with the flour and add in to onion in skillet. Add in lowfat milk and stir over medium heat till mix thickens.
- Mix in Large eggs and crumbled bacon. Serve over toast.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
