Receta Cheese And Artichoke Fondue

- Mix American cheese, lowfat milk, Worcestershire sauce, flour and mustard in 3-qt saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, till cheese is melted.
- Stir in Cheddar cheese till melted. Stir in artichoke hearts and bell peppers.
- Transfer cheese mix to fondue pot. Keep hot over low flame. Serve with dippers.
- This recipe yields about 4 c. fondue.
