Receta Cheese And Artichoke Fondue

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. diced process American cheese - (8 ounce)
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Gold Medal all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp grnd mustard
- 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - (6 ounce)
- 1 can artichoke hearts - (14 ounce) liquid removed, minced
- 1/4 c. minced roasted red bell peppers or possibly diced pimiento French or possibly herb bread cubes Soft breadsticks Cut-up bagels Vegetables (sliced carrots, cherry tomatoes, broccoli flowerets, cauliflowerets)
Direcciones
- Mix American cheese, lowfat milk, Worcestershire sauce, flour and mustard in 3-qt saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, till cheese is melted.
- Stir in Cheddar cheese till melted. Stir in artichoke hearts and bell peppers.
- Transfer cheese mix to fondue pot. Keep hot over low flame. Serve with dippers.
- This recipe yields about 4 c. fondue.
