Ingredientes

  • 1 x Two layer chocolate cake mix ith pudding
  • 1/3 c. Margarine or possibly butter
  • 16 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 tsp Margarine or possibly butter, melted
  • 2 ounce Semi sweet chocolate
  • 2 tsp Corn syrup

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, substituting margarine for oil. Reserve 1 c. of batter.
  2. Pour remaining batter into a 12 c. greased and floured fluted tube pan. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing well at medium speed on an electric mixer till well blended. Blend in Large eggs, one at a time.
  3. Pour over batter in the pan. Spoon reserved batter over cream cheese mix. Bake 1 hour or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold 30 min; remove to a wire rack. Combine margarine, chocolate and corn syrup in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat till chocolate is melted. Pour over cooled cake.
