Receta Cheese And Chocolate Tunnel Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 x Two layer chocolate cake mix ith pudding
- 1/3 c. Margarine or possibly butter
- 16 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Margarine or possibly butter, melted
- 2 ounce Semi sweet chocolate
- 2 tsp Corn syrup
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, substituting margarine for oil. Reserve 1 c. of batter.
- Pour remaining batter into a 12 c. greased and floured fluted tube pan. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing well at medium speed on an electric mixer till well blended. Blend in Large eggs, one at a time.
- Pour over batter in the pan. Spoon reserved batter over cream cheese mix. Bake 1 hour or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold 30 min; remove to a wire rack. Combine margarine, chocolate and corn syrup in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat till chocolate is melted. Pour over cooled cake.
