Receta Cheese And Grape Salad

Ingredientes
- 6 c. lightly packed torn spinach
- 2 c. grapes
- 6 ounce Swiss cheese, cut in julienne strips
- 6 ounce Cheddar cheese, cut in julienne strips
- Mustard dressing (recipe follows)
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 2 teaspoon packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 T sliced green onion
- 4 slices crumbled crisp, cooked bacon, optional
Direcciones
- Arrange spinach, grapes, and cheese on individual serving plates or possibly platter. Spoon Mustard Dressing over salad. Makes 4 servings.
- Put together oil, vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, salt, and pepper; mix well. Stir in green onion and bacon. Chill, covered, several hrs or possibly overnight. Mix thoroughly before serving. Makes about 1 cup.
