Receta Quick And Easy Chocolate Fudge

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Karo light or possibly dark corn syrup
- 1/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 3 c. (18 ounce) semi-sweet chocolate pcs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1 c. coarsely minced nuts (optional)
Direcciones
- Grease 8x8x2 inch baking pan. In heavy 2-quart saucepan, stir corn syrup and lowfat milk. Add in chocolate pcs. Stirring constantly, cook over medium-low heat till chocolate is melted. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Add in confectioners' sugar. Beat till creamy smooth. Stir in nuts. Put into pan. Chill 2 hrs or possibly till hard. Cut into squares. Makes 1 1/2 lb.
