Ingredientes

  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. corn whole kernel
  • 1 c. potato minced
  • 1 c. celery minced
  • 1/2 c. carrot sliced
  • 1/2 c. onion minced
  • 2 x cubes beef bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp Tabsco pepper sauce
  • 1 x 16 ounce jar Cheez Whiz

Direcciones

  1. Meatballs1 lb. grnd beef1/4 c. bread crumbs1 large egg1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  2. Meatballs: mix ingredients together thoroughly. Shape into medium size meatballs.
  3. Place uncooked meatballs and all remaining ingredients, except Cheez Whiz, in electric slow cooker. Stir gently. Cover and cook on setting # 2 (low) for 8 to 10 hrs. Before serving add in Cheez Whiz, stirring gently till well blended.
  4. NOTES : Serve with a crusty bread. My family loves this soup. It's a winter favorite.
