Receta Cheese/Bacon Weight Watchers Waffles

- Combine thebeaten egg yolks, lowfat milk, oil, parsley, chives and Worcestershire sauce. Add in to the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the cheese and bacon, then mix in the egg whites. Bake in a waffle iron. Top each serving with a tomato slice and a poached egg.
