Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Whole-wheat flour
  • 3 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Beaumonde seasoning
  • 3 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley, snipped
  • 1 Tbsp. Chives, snipped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 slc Bacon, crisply cooked, liquid removed, crumbled
  • 3 x Egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • 6 x Large eggs, poached
  • 12 slc Tomato, thinly sliced

Direcciones

  1. Combine thebeaten egg yolks, lowfat milk, oil, parsley, chives and Worcestershire sauce. Add in to the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the cheese and bacon, then mix in the egg whites. Bake in a waffle iron. Top each serving with a tomato slice and a poached egg.
