Ingredientes

  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. cornmeal
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/4 c. blue cheese or possibly 1/4 c. gorgonzola cheese

Direcciones

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. Bring the water and salt to the boil then add in the butter. Whisk in the cornmeal, making sure there are no lumps.
  3. Bring the mix to the boil over medium heat, stirring. Cook for 4 - 5 min, till the mix is quite thick. Pour the mix into a greased baking dish.
  4. Crumble the cheese over top and bake for 20 min, or possibly till the cheese has completely melted and is starting to brown. Terrific warm or possibly cool.
