Receta Cheese Polenta

Ingredientes
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1 tsp butter
- 1/4 c. blue cheese or possibly 1/4 c. gorgonzola cheese
Direcciones
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- Bring the water and salt to the boil then add in the butter. Whisk in the cornmeal, making sure there are no lumps.
- Bring the mix to the boil over medium heat, stirring. Cook for 4 - 5 min, till the mix is quite thick. Pour the mix into a greased baking dish.
- Crumble the cheese over top and bake for 20 min, or possibly till the cheese has completely melted and is starting to brown. Terrific warm or possibly cool.
