Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. Minced pecans
  • 2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 x Onion, finely minced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 c. Strawberry jam

Direcciones

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients together thoroughly. Place in a greased ring mold.
  2. Chill overnight. Unmold onto serving plate and place strawberry jam in the center. Serve with crackers.
  3. Chill OVERNIGHT
