- 1 lb Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 c. Minced pecans
- 2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 x Onion, finely minced
- 1 x Clove garlic, pressed
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco
- 1 c. Strawberry jam
Direcciones
- Mix first 6 ingredients together thoroughly. Place in a greased ring mold.
- Chill overnight. Unmold onto serving plate and place strawberry jam in the center. Serve with crackers.
- Chill OVERNIGHT
