Receta "Cheese" Sauce - Great For Nachos
Ingredientes
- Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked for 1 hour and drained
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 2 tsp sesame seeds (soaked several hours)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp nama shoyu (or tamari)
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped (about 1 1/4 cups)
- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast (optional - not raw but adds a cheesy flavor)
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 1/8 tsp tumeric powder
- 1/8 tsp cumin powder
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 tsp red chili powder (or cayenne to taste)
