Ingredientes

  • 1 lb low-fat cottage cheese
  • 8 ounce low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 bn green onions
  • 1/2 c. coriander
  • 1 x jalapeno pepper (seeded) wear gloves
  • 1/2 c. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 c. tarragon 1/2 c. sweet basil

Direcciones

  1. Using a hand mixer or possibly food processor, blend the cottage and cream cheese till it is creamy. Add in the salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Finely chop all the vegetables and herbs. Blend in the rest of the ingredients using a spoon, till well mixed. Cover and store in the refrigerator. Use as a spread on toast and other kinds of bread.
