Ingredientes
- 1 lb low-fat cottage cheese
- 8 ounce low-fat cream cheese
- 1 bn green onions
- 1/2 c. coriander
- 1 x jalapeno pepper (seeded) wear gloves
- 1/2 c. parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 c. tarragon 1/2 c. sweet basil
Direcciones
- Using a hand mixer or possibly food processor, blend the cottage and cream cheese till it is creamy. Add in the salt and black pepper. Mix well.
- Finely chop all the vegetables and herbs. Blend in the rest of the ingredients using a spoon, till well mixed. Cover and store in the refrigerator. Use as a spread on toast and other kinds of bread.
