- 2 containers crumbled blue cheese
- 3 C sharp cheddar
- 1 container feta
- 1 C Parmesan
- 1 C breadcrumbs
- ___________________
- 100+ Mushroom caps
- 1 stick butter
Direcciones
- Mix cheese stuffing well
- Stuff mushroom caps
- Place mushrooms in pan (something that has sides as they get juicy when cooking )
- Add stick of butter
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked through
