I am a sucker for anything pasta; though we attempt to cut carbs as much as possible these days. However sometimes pasta soothes the soul and is must have. I like the idea of cooking the pasta in chicken broth to add depth of flavor. I have added this to my "Try Soon" folder. Thanks for sharing!
