Ingredientes

  • Base
  • 224 gm digestive biscuits
  • 84 gm melted butter
  • 28 gm caster sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. custard pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 448 gm curdcheese
  • 1 pch cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 56 gm melted butter
  • 1 x juice of 1 lemon
  • 84 gm caster sugar

Direcciones

  1. Method1. To make the base: crush the biscuits blend with the butter and sugar.
  2. Press biscuit mix into base of a well greased 10" (254mm) loose bottomed flan tin.
  3. To make filling: in a large bowl dissolve custard pwdr in lowfat milk add in the rest of the ingredients and whisk till mix is of smooth consistency.
  4. Pour mix over biscuit base. Cook till set.
  5. When cooked decorate with topping of your choice.
