Ingredientes

  • 4 c. cubed redskin potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish - (heaping)
  • 1/2 c. butter softened
  • 1 tsp salt and to taste
  • 1 c. shredded Gouda cheese

Direcciones

  1. Boil potatoes till very soft and drain off water. Add in butter and salt, and whip with a rotary beater till butter melts. Whip in remaining ingredients. Adjust seasoning.
