- 4 c. cubed redskin potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish - (heaping)
- 1/2 c. butter softened
- 1 tsp salt and to taste
- 1 c. shredded Gouda cheese
Direcciones
- Boil potatoes till very soft and drain off water. Add in butter and salt, and whip with a rotary beater till butter melts. Whip in remaining ingredients. Adjust seasoning.
