Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. half and half
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon peel
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Dash nutmeg
  • Angel food cake cubes, sponge cake cubes or possibly strawberries to dip

Direcciones

  1. Heat the half and half till simmering. Cut cream cheese into 1/2 inch cubes and add in slowly. Stir till blended. Add in sugar, lemon peel, lemon juice and vanilla. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve in fondue pot. Dip in cubes of cake or possibly fresh strawberries.
