  • 2 c. Golden brown Grahams Cereal
  • 1/4 c. Wonderslim
  • 2 ct (12-ounce) fat free cream cheese
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon extract
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 pkt Fat free tofu
  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour

  1. This is from the folks at Dixie USA with minor adaptations. In their cookbook they call it "Cheesecake Supreme". I served it to a group of VLF and SAD people who all raved. Blend 2 c. of Golden brown Grahams Cereal. In a bowl, mix with 1/4 c. Wonderslim. Press into 9" cake pan. Bake at 325 for 5 min. Blend 2 containers of 12 ounce fat free cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, 1 Tablespoons lemon extract, 1 Tablespoons vanilla, 1 Tablespoons vinegar, 1 pkg fat free tofu, 3/4 c. water and 2 Tablespoons flour. When smooth, pour on crust. Bake at 450 for 10 min, then 250 for an hour. Cold and top. I made a topping using a pint of blueberries, about a quarter c. of water and a sprinkling of sugar: I cooked it just till the "sauce" started to thicken. Delish! Kristina
