At top are ingredients for the crust ~ graham cracker crumbs, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, butter. Below for filling ~ cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla, lemon zest, eggs, milk.
Save 1/4 cup crumb mixture to sprinkle on top (optional). Press remaining crumb mixture into springform pan, using bottom of small measuring cup to press mixture to bottom and up 2 inches of side.
Cool on wire rack. See instructions for loosening, cooling and chilling. Though it looks fairly browned, the cheesecake texture and taste were right on the mark.
