Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In food processor mix together butter and flour. Add in cheese, garlic, mustard and cayenne pepper. Pulse to mix. Add in lowfat milk. Pulse a few seconds. Place dough on flat surface and press with hands to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut out biscuits with 2-inch biscuit cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake till golden. About 5 min.
  3. Approximately 6-8 min.
