Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard Cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- In food processor mix together butter and flour. Add in cheese, garlic, mustard and cayenne pepper. Pulse to mix. Add in lowfat milk. Pulse a few seconds. Place dough on flat surface and press with hands to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut out biscuits with 2-inch biscuit cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake till golden. About 5 min.
