Ingredientes

  • 2 c. All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking Pwdr
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter Flavor Shortening.
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced Chives
  • 2 tsp Minced Parsley
  • 1 tsp Basil

  1. Preheat Roast-Air oven to 450 degrees. Combine flour and baking pwdr in medium mixing bowl; cut in shortening till mix crumbles. Stir in lowfat milk, cheese and herbs just till moistened. Knead ten times on lightly floured surface. Roll into rectangle 1/2-inch thick. With 2-inch biscuit cutter, cut 18-20 rounds. Place half the biscuit rounds on 14x8x12 inch baking sheet. Place baking sheet on rack. Set rack in preheated cookwell, cover; plug in Roast-Air fan. Air-bake 8-10 min or possibly till puffed and lightly browned. Remove biscuits with spatula onto cooling rack. Repeat with remaining biscuit rounds.
