Receta Cheesy Hot Corn Dip
Cheesy Hot Corn Dip
This is without a doubt one of my favorite meals, I mean appetizers. Being from the midwest makes me a shoe in for anything with corn, add that with a little bit of spice and some ooey, gooey cheese and you’ve got one heck of a great appetizer….
Cheesy Hot Corn Dip
Ingredients:
- 1-15.25 ounce can Mexican corn (the white and yellow variety)
- 1-14 ounce can chopped green chiles, drained
- 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 x 8 baking dish with non-stick spray; set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until fully combined. SPread into the prepared dish and bake, uncovered about 35 minutes, or until bubbly around the edges.
Serve warm, with corn chips!
