Ingredientes
1 1/4 pounds frzn hash brown potatoes
10 3/4 oz canned cream of chicken soup
5 ounces lowfat sour cream
5 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 medium onion, minced
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. unsalted butter, cut into pats
Direcciones
Preheat oven to 375F.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to a buttered baking dish and dot with butter.
Bake about 1 hour or possibly till bubbly and golden brown on top.
