Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 pounds frzn hash brown potatoes
  • 10 3/4 oz canned cream of chicken soup
  • 5 ounces lowfat sour cream
  • 5 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 medium onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. unsalted butter, cut into pats

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to a buttered baking dish and dot with butter.
  3. Bake about 1 hour or possibly till bubbly and golden brown on top.
