Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Minute Rice
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. grated carrot
  • 1 c. grated Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 x egg, beaten
  • 1 x green onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp salt Minced fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Prepare rice with water as directed on package Heat oven to 350 degrees F. (180 degrees C)
  2. Combine all ingredients, mixing lightly.
  3. Pour into 4 c. (1 L) greased casserole; cover. Bake 35 to 40 min.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
