Ingredientes

  • 1 lb bulk pork sausage cooked, liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms - (4 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions - (8 med)
  • 1 1/2 c. minced tomatoes - (2 med)
  • 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese - (8 ounce)
  • 1 1/4 c. Original Bisquick mix
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh oregano leaves (or possibly 1/2 tspn dry oregano leaves)
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 12 x Large eggs

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13 by 9 by 2 inches. Layer sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese in dish.
  3. Stir remaining ingredients till blended. Pour over cheese.
  4. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 min or possibly till golden and set.
  5. This recipe yields 12 servings.
