Receta Cheesy Sausage And Egg Bake

Ingredientes
- 1 lb bulk pork sausage cooked, liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms - (4 ounce)
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions - (8 med)
- 1 1/2 c. minced tomatoes - (2 med)
- 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese - (8 ounce)
- 1 1/4 c. Original Bisquick mix
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh oregano leaves (or possibly 1/2 tspn dry oregano leaves)
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 12 x Large eggs
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease rectangular baking dish, 13 by 9 by 2 inches. Layer sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese in dish.
- Stir remaining ingredients till blended. Pour over cheese.
- Bake uncovered 30 to 35 min or possibly till golden and set.
- This recipe yields 12 servings.
