Ingredientes

  • 1 c. fresh cilantro
  • 4 clv garlic -- peeled
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 x juice of 1 lemon or possibly lime
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. grnd cumin
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (more if needed)
  • 1 x salt -- to taste cayenne pepper -- to taste

Direcciones

  1. In food processor or possibly blender combine cilantro, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, crushed red pepper, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and cayenne to a fine paste. Adjust the consistency by adding more extra virgin olive oil; the marinade should be fairly thick.
