Receta Chermoula (Moroccan Fish Marinade)

Ingredientes
- 1 c. fresh cilantro
- 4 clv garlic -- peeled
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 x juice of 1 lemon or possibly lime
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (more if needed)
- 1 x salt -- to taste cayenne pepper -- to taste
Direcciones
- In food processor or possibly blender combine cilantro, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, crushed red pepper, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and cayenne to a fine paste. Adjust the consistency by adding more extra virgin olive oil; the marinade should be fairly thick.
