Ingredientes

  • 2 x (8 ounce) pkgs. Neufchatel (light) cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 2/3 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 24 x Keeblers(r) 30% reduced-fat chocolate wafers
  • 1 x (21 ounce) can light cherry pie filling

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Line muffin tins with paper & foil cupcake liners
  3. (available in baking section with paper cupcake liners).
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar till creamy. Add in Large eggs and vanilla extract and beat till smooth.
  5. Place a chocolate wafer in each muffin liner; top with a dollop of cheese mix. Bake 18 to 20 min; remove from tins and let cold. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerateovernight in a covered container before serving
  6. (a 9 x 13-inch cake pan with lid works great).
