Receta Cherry Chocolate Tarts

Ingredientes
- 2 x (8 ounce) pkgs. Neufchatel (light) cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 2 x Large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 24 x Keeblers(r) 30% reduced-fat chocolate wafers
- 1 x (21 ounce) can light cherry pie filling
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Line muffin tins with paper & foil cupcake liners
- (available in baking section with paper cupcake liners).
- Beat cream cheese and sugar till creamy. Add in Large eggs and vanilla extract and beat till smooth.
- Place a chocolate wafer in each muffin liner; top with a dollop of cheese mix. Bake 18 to 20 min; remove from tins and let cold. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerateovernight in a covered container before serving
