Ingredientes

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 4 c. cherries
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water

Direcciones

  1. Cream sugar and butter; add in lowfat milk, flour, baking pwdr and salt. Mix well.
  2. Put into well-buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Mix cherries, sugar and butter together. Pour boiling water over this mix and mix to dissolve sugar. Heat to boiling, then pour over batter.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min or possibly till done. (Cherries and sauce will go to the bottom.)
