Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 4 c. cherries
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
Direcciones
- Cream sugar and butter; add in lowfat milk, flour, baking pwdr and salt. Mix well.
- Put into well-buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix cherries, sugar and butter together. Pour boiling water over this mix and mix to dissolve sugar. Heat to boiling, then pour over batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min or possibly till done. (Cherries and sauce will go to the bottom.)
