Ingredientes

  • 1 (20 ounce.) can frzn pitted tart red cherries, thawed
  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 1 c. mini marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp. minced walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Drain cherries; reserve syrup. If needed, add in water to syrup to make 1 c. liquid, bring liquid to boiling. Remove from heat. Add in cherry gelatin; dissolve. With fork, break up cranberry sauce and stir into cherry gelatin till smooth. Stir in liquid removed cherries.
  2. Pour into 9 x 9 x 2 inch dish and refrigeratetill almost hard. Dissolve lemon gelatin in the boiling water. Beat cream cheese with mayonnaise; gradually add in lemon gelatin. Stir in undrained pineapple - refrigeratetill partially set.
  3. Whip cream; fold into lemon mix with marshmallows. Spread on top of almost set cherry gelatin, sprinkle with nuts. Cover; refrigeratetill hard. Serves 12.
