Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (9 ounce) white or possibly yellow single layer cake mix
  • 1/4 c. Minced nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 can (21 ounce) cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 c. Butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. In a bowl, combine dry cake mix, nuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon. In an 8-inch glass baking dish, spoon cherry pie filling into bottom. Sprinkle cake mix mix proportionately over pie filling. Drizzle melted butter over top.
  2. Cook on HI (max power) 12 to 14 min in the microwave or possibly till topping is no longer doughy. Rotate dish during cooking if cake does not appear to be rising proportionately. Let stand 5 min. Serve hot with whipped cream or possibly vanilla ice cream.
  3. 6 to 8 servings.
