Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Cherries, Tart, Fresh
  • 3 Tbsp. Kirsch
  • 6 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 12 x Ladyfingers
  • 8 ounce Cream Cheese *
  • 1/2 tsp Vaillla Extract
  • 2 ounce Almonds, Grnd **
  • 1 c. Cream, Heavy Pistachio Nuts, Minced

Direcciones

  1. Soften Cream Cheese to room temperature.** Grind Almonds in the blender, if grnd almonds are not available.
  2. Wash and drain cherries. Remove stones and reserve 8 whole cherries for garnish. Place cherries in a bowl; add in kirsch. In a small pan boil 3 Tablespoons sugar and the water for a minute to make a thin sugar syrup. Add in syrup to cherries; stir to blend. Cover and let soak for 20 min. Cut the ladyfingers in half, divide into 4 portions, and place in individual glass dishes. Arrange cherries on top. Thoroughly blend cream cheese, 3 Tablespoons sugar, vanilla extract, and grnd almonds. Whip the cream and carefully fold it into the cream-cheese mix. Spoon over the cherries.
