Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Deluxe cherry cake mix
  • 1 sm Vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/4 c. Buttermilk
  • 4 lrg Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1 c. Flaked coconut
  • 1 c. Pecans, finely minced Powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 . Grease and flour a 10" bundt pan. Combine dry cake mix, pudding mix, buttermilk, Large eggs and oil in large mixer bowl.
  2. Mix cake as directed on package. Stir in coconut and pecans. Turn batter into pan and spread proportionately. Bake at 350 for 50-60 min or possibly till tested done. Cold in pan on rack for 1 hour. Remove cake from pan and let stand overnight before serving. To serve, sift powdered sugar over top of cake.
