Receta Cherry Orange Pork Medallions
Ingredientes
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- salt and pepper to season
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- For the Sauce
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups chopped cherries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 tsp grated orange zest
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 rounded tsp corn starch
- 1 to 2 ounces water
- salt to season
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger (or 1 tsp fresh grated ginger)
